NICFEC envisions strengthening democracy, the rule of law and human rights in Cambodia, acknowledging their integral role in social development.
Our mission is to encourage people to participate in local development and to exercise their democratic rights.
Objectives:
The primary objectives of NICFEC are:

to create a Cambodian society with robust democratic processes, particularly in relation to free and fair elections and
- To respect for human rights.
NICFEC seeks to achieve these via coordinating broad election observation efforts, advocating for improved electoral policies and administration, monitoring the activities and performance of elected officials and increasing local people’s knowledge of human rights and decentralization. |
